MAY 2009 - Only another 100 books to go and I will have registered 1,000... wow, and all because of reading a newspaper article... Having let the Spanish down this weekend, because I got sick.... I went book shopping today... the shelves felt a little bare....!

2009: Ambition for this year - to actually list what I read and see what the total is, estimate will be 100 books..... And to transfer my WishList from Cliff to Book of course! Which I just did - wow! Whilst it appears a "greedy list", it is really a reminder to myself what I know I want to read.... and sometimes manage to track down somewhere on my travels... but I am always delighted if anyone can help me reduce it... and am happy to trade if possible... finances permitting! Trading now reduced to ONLY in Spain until I find a creative way of getting my books into France so that I can use their book rate!

3 May 2008 - Landmark day! My first meet up in Spain AND my first Annual Event.... it was wonderful, marvellous.... everyone was so kind to me - an example of Bookcrossing at it's best! Thank you, my lovely Spaniards for making me feel so very welcome - I'll see you in June!

20 March: Rough crossing but I did it! I changed country!

07-12-07: Landmark day: 700 books released in one way or another - yippee!

November 2007: Oh - I'm flying again! Thank you.... someone oh so kind, whoever you are - thank you, thank you....

I HAD WINGS FOR THE FIRST TIME THIS YEAR GIVEN TO ME BY A BOOKCROSSER WHO I DID NOT KNOW AT THE TIME... MY EXCITEMENT WAS LIMITLESS! NOW I HAVE THEM AGAIN, BUT NO-ONE HAS OWNED UP TO BEING THE KIND DONATOR... SO WHOEVER YOU ARE.... THANK YOU! I DO SO LOVE TO SEE THEM FLUTTER!
