Extended Profile
My recent book readings include Stephen King's Dark Tower series. At the moment I'm reading the first of JK Rowling's
Harry Potter series and waiting in the wings are Tolkein's Lord of the Rings, James P. Hogan's
Voyage From Yesteryear (thanks phantomreader42), and Dan Brown's The Da Vinci Code and
Angels & Demons.
Some of my favorite authors are Stephen King, Clive Barker, and Robert McCammon. Recently a British friend mentioned the name Shaun Hutson; an author I'd like to check out.
My reading interests vary from science fiction and fantasy to horror and thriller and most everything in between. NO GOTHIC ROMANCE! If I want to read something along those lines it's going to have to be considerably more graphic than that! *wink*
My personal interest vary as well. I've recently returned to school and am working on a BS, and possibly continuing on to my MBA, in Business Administration with a focus on computing and information systems.
As a self-proclaimed computer geek I'm currently teaching myself HTML. In what little spare time I have I moderate an online bulletin board, roadie and maintain the calendar for a Metallica tribute band (Creeping Death), and offer my administrative assistance to the MetalliBash charity/convention committee.
