Extended Profile
Like everyone else here (I'm fairly certain) I am an avid reader. I will read most anything but prefer murder/mystery/thriller books. I'm not very fond of non fiction and only rarely read them but my 10 year old (will be 11 in August) son absolutely loves
them. I started reading when I was 4 years old (or so my parents say) and since that time I was (and still am) hardly ever without at least one book to read. In fact, I read so much that as a child my dad called me a "book maggot" because books were lucky
to last even as long as a maggot's life. I know that's gross but I didn't choose the nickname! I get books from every possible source (library, friends, family, goodwill, and some are even bought) and my son is already the same way. Regarding my family, I
am divorced from my sons father (although we are good friends now) but I just got married to my wonderful man of 7 years on September 15th last year. We are expecting our first child together on August 15th. It is a pleasure to "meet" people who value books
as much as I do. And a great big "thank you" to the owner of this site!
