I was born and raised in North Dakota, the youngest of 4 children. I was a very lonely child, as we had no neighbors with children my age, so I turned to books. I became an avid reader at a very young age and would read 3, 4 or more books in a day. Summers I would read every book the "Bookmobile" had to offer. Books have always been my escape and I try to read every day, even if only for a few minutes at bedtime. Unlike my husband, I read for enjoyment - he however loves to read math and engineering books. I have hundreds of books that are sitting on shelves that I would love to share with other readers.
