Greetings!
I'm briz-cowgirl (rebecca), from the beautiful city of Brisbane in Queensland, Australia.
Mother to two rescue kitties, I try to squeeze in as much reading as I can around my nursing job and life in general. I've been a BookCrossing member since 2004, but my involvement has slackened off in the past year or two. The site is terrific, and my aim is to get back into it as much as I can.
I've been a voracious reader since I was a little kid, I remember getting frustrated in primary school when we read aloud in groups because I was racing ahead to see what was happening in the book and everyone else was SO SLOW! Needless to say, my nickname at school was Bookworm Becky :)
I will read pretty much anything; my favourites at the moment are thrillers and contemporary Australian literature. Love anything to do with cats, Vespas, the colour blue, scenic postcards and anything at all to do with Italy!
