I like and enjoy Bookcrossing more than ever! Bookcrossing is not only an interesting community - this community is fascinating! I have a lot of nice contacts - some from just a few doors away, others from the other end of the world... I wouldn't miss them
anymore! I am a Swiss citizen and presently live in Tuebingen, Germany.
I read mostly in english, but also in german and french (which is my mother tongue...). My reading intersts are very broad, but sometimes I end up with the same authors... By the way: I think life is too short to read Harry Potter...
As I'm a hunter, not a collectioner, I have no problems releasing my books after reading them. If you find something of interest on my shelf, just ask for it, I'll speed up my reading and move the book to the top of my TBR-pile...
I buy books "on impulse" when I'm in a bookshop. Or I order them, when I just see that one of my favorite authors has a new one, or sometimes I read about a book and I also have to read it. I therefore do not have a wish-list.
About my BookRays, BookRings and BookSpirals:
I am managing the rays, rings and spirals I've started in an active way. That means that I will regularly check where the books are and if they are a little bit slow to be read, I'll send a nice but also inquiering PM.
