Hi - I'm a languages teacher in a secondary school. I am a complete bookworm, given the time and will read pretty much anything. I particularly enjoy crime/thrillers, or historical fiction (have just finished 'The Constant Princess' by Phillippa Gregory, which I thoroughly enjoyed) I also enjoy Jodi Piccoult books - but I really love being given recommendations for a good read.

I tend to lend books out to friends - but having just discovered this site I love the idea of just giving books away and seeing where they end up. Otherwise i end up with a heaving bookshelf and have to occasionally go to charity bookshops for a good clearout - then end up coming back with more!
