I am having trouble receiving some PM's so please re-send any PM if I don't respond within 1-2 days or email me at tatiara87-bookcrossing AT
(2) I prefer not to read to a deadline so I try to limit the number of rings & rays I join.
If you invite me to join your bookring I may decline, even if the book is on my wishlist.
Thanks for understanding! :-)

Just counting down the days until ........

Here are my personal guidelines if anyone wants to "trade".

(1) "Available" means these books are available FOR ME to release somewhere, sometime.
(2) I've set many of my "Available" books as RESERVED because I was getting 'demands' to mail books to people who just see the green 'available' sign and assume the books are theirs for the asking! I can not afford to post books very often but if you are willing to send me Australian stamps (or a prepaid envelope etc.) I will gladly consider any polite request for one of my books. Some books are GENUINELY reserved for someone, so please don't be offended if I need to refuse your request!
(3) 'TBR' books - Until I've read a book I won't decide what I will do with it.
(4) 'PC' books are ONLY available to friends to whom I can personally hand them.

I enjoy reading:
*Biographies, memoirs, missionary stories
*WW 1 & 2 stories of spies and war exploits, Nazi regime, etc
*historical novels
*anything that takes my fancy! :-)

I know most people at BC know that stats are not the only indicator of a bookcrosser's honesty, 'activity' level, etc! But just in-case anyone has any concerns over my stats let me to explain! :-) The short version is: I was sent over 150 books for the child-care centre I used to work at PLUS I was given books for a very ill, housebound lady (grannymae, now deceased). I journalled these books, even if I didn't intend reading them as I am still part of the book's "history". PM me if you want the long version! LOL!
