My name is Abi and I'm a bookaholic. I have to avoid bookshops, its an addiction! I can spend hours in them! My grandmother has had a bookshop since I was little and she retired in her mid-80s.

My tastes have changed a bit in recent years, I used to love regular chick lit, but now prefer stories with a bit of mystery to them and I like to read outstanding and unusual stories as well as prize winners. I also enjoy biographies.

My favourite books as a child were the Folk of the Faraway Tree and Swallows and Amazons.

I am originally from Cornwall, England, but moved to Australia for five years, to Vancouver in Canada for two and a half years, back to Australia in Nov 2007 and then back to Vancouver (North) in 2010.
