The book exchange is situated in the Treacy Hall, which is on the north side of Wakefield Cathedral, in the centre of Wakefield. Also in the Treacy Hall are the Cathedral Shop and a café that serves hot and cold drinks and snacks.
The book exchange is accessible whenever the shop and café are open. Why not have a drink while you are browsing? There is disabled access, and there are toilets adjacent. There is convenient access into the Cathedral building, which is also well worth a visit.
The book exchange is run by the Mother's Union on behalf of the Cathedral. Donations are invited; proceeds are shared between Cathedral and Mother's Union projects.
