Extended Profile
Hello, I'm Victoria(known as Toria or Vicki) and I have been reading novels since I was 6. It started with Enid Blyton and now I read anything that is recommended to me. My favorite type of books are romantic horrors, because of this I still read quite
alot of 'Teen' books such as the night word series or Caroline B Cooney, this is because I feel adult horror often loses the romance and innocence. My favorite author is Anne Rice, she is such a beautiful writer. Like I said, my taste vary from Jane Austin
to Stephen King, and I love people recommending books to me because I love to share comments.

I'm always looking for types of books that I haven't read before, I also like reading 'classic' novels. In terms of factual books or non fiction, I usually go for history (of Scotland & Britain although as long as it includes battles I don't mind) and conspiracy theories.

Having said all this my greatest passion is Vampires. My passion began when I was very young by reading Point Horror books. I listened to the Bram Stoker Audio tape before I was old enough to read the novel. I'm not embarrassed to say that I do still read teen novels which feature vampires. My greatest love is the Vampire Chronicles series by Anne rice, my favorite being Interview With the Vampire, which was awarded to me when I won an award at High School.
Why satrina?
I picked Satrina as my user name because it was a name Lilith used to disguise herself, Elijah met Lilith and forced her to reveal her various disguises . Lilith is my role model. I like to research and write essays on characters from my favourite novels and one of my favourite Characters ever was Lilith. Although she is not strickly a character, you will never run out of resourses in search of the true Lilith.
It will be a while before I can cross these off as I have a lot of books to read that I bought from a rampage of second hand shops.
**note**
A LOT of my books listed have not been read by me yet, but I find this site a great way of organising your books as well as swapping them. It may take a while as I am quite a slow reader, but I will change each book status when I am finished them, so they can be passed on or kept. I went on a rampage of second hand shops and bought about 20 books to read. A few of these books have also been recommended to me by various people, which I am always greatful for.
