Extended Profile
A while back I removed my profile so I could do some work on it. I had it saved to my hard drive and then the computer crashed.
As soon as I remember how to make a better profile I will. (which probably won't be anytime soon...) :P
For now though:
I am a stay at home mom who just loves to read and share books with my kids. My bookcrossing has slowed a bit recently but I really want to get back into it.
I am open to trades within the US. Due to postage and schedule I cannot afford to mail out of the country or get to the post office to fill out the international mailing cards.
As for my reading preferences, I love a good mystery, or a well written piece of fiction. I also enjoy how-to books. I have recently developed a taste for day books as well. I have a 4 year old mildly/moderately autistic son with sensory and behavioral issues so I also like reading about autism and special education.
I have two other online obsessions lately. Livejournal (where you can find me as Rubyreader) and also Stumbleupon. I have found some really great websites through that.
It is becoming increasingly obvious that I will never make it through my entire TBR pile. (especially since I keep buying books and checking them out of the library.) :)
If there is something on my shelf that interests you and the status is set by me,(even if it is TBR) PM me about possibly offering it to you in trade or for postage. Keeping in mind that I can only send to US for now.
