Recent Book Activity

I'm an avid reader and like to write fiction too! I'm published as J.R. Carlsen in "Dream Makers, Stories that won't put you to sleep." Its an anthology of 80 short stories and poetry by 33 local authors in the Pacific Northwest, by the Authors of Writers Roundtable and Edited by Val Dumond. It sold in Borders stores and on Amazon.com, but it may be out of print right now. Among my three submissions, my favorite is "Clock Shop." By the way, Writers Roundtable meets on the 2nd and 4th Wednesdays at the PLU Bookstore on Garfield Street in Parkland from 6:30-8:30 p.m. If you like to write, come join us.
