Opening hours:
monday through saturday from 9.00 till 24.00 hrs & sunday from 14.00 till 20.00 hrs
During schoolholidays it usually opens at 10.00 hrs instead of 9.00 hrs.

How to get there:
- by car: take a look at the map of Ede above and zoom out to take a look at highways and motorways in the vacinity. There is underground parking at the Molenstraat or a bit cheaper at the Kuiperplein.
Location of the books:
in the back (right corner) of the establishment in a cupboard next to the toilettes and behind the cage with Guus (the kaketoe).

Routebeschrijving naar Grand-café Kaketoe
Neem vanaf station Ede-wageningen de trein of een bus die stopt bij Station Ede-centrum. Als je met de bus komt steek je het spoor over en dan links, als je met de trein komt loop je verder in de richting waarin de trein rijdt. (Kom je met de trein vanaf Amersfoort loop dan nadat je op station Ede centrum bent uitgestapt, terug in de richting waar de trein vandaan kwam). Bij de eerstvolgende spoorwegovergang (na +/- 300 meter) ligt rechts de Markt, aan de overkant (schuin/links) vind je OBCZ-Kaketoe.
Als je vanaf station Ede-Wageningen wilt lopen (20 minuten schat ik) start dan bij de bloemenkiosk (tussen stationgebouw en fietsenstalling). Neem links van het rotondetje daar de stoep en loop deze straat (Stationsweg) helemaal uit. Waar de weg links gaat (volgens voorrangsregels) loop je rechtdoor een stukje Detmarlaan. Volg de weg niets rechts, maar loop rechtdoor het voetgangersgebied in (Maandereind). De weg gaat over in Grotestraat (rechts zie je een fontein/McDondalds), blijf de weg volgen tot het zebrapad op de Molenstraat (rechts zie je het postkantoor). Niet oversteken maar links de Molenstraat volgen. Na +/- 75 m linksaf na de Fortisbank. Je bent nu op de Markt en na ongeveer 10 meter vind je aan je linkerhand Grand-café Kaketoe.
