Recent Book Activity

Mya Stone is a character in the Song of Ice and Fire series by George RR Martin. Although I have science fiction in the genes, I have never gotten into fantasy - until my husband introduced me to what we fondly refer to as "the nerd book". (and if anyone out there is a fan of the nerd book as well, you can suck me into a discussion anytime).

My other loves: purple, hippos, britpop (s club 7, steps, robbie williams...bring it on!) and britcoms (alan patridge, the day today), new york city, a glass of wine, pint of cider or cup of tea, jewelery making, knitting, and fashion. ooh, and i just took up cross-stiching, fun!
