Welcome :)
How glad I am to see you :) Please take a moment to look around. Are you new here at BookCrossing and are you having trouble understanding the abbreviations we use here? Not to worry! :)
Here's some help in understanding the
BookCrossing Lingo!
If you see a book on my shelf that you like, don't hesitate to e-mail me. Please note that I don't send out books from my shelf that hasn't been read yet. But you can always e-mail me and ask for the situation of the book. I'll answer you as fast as I can (usually
within a day or so) and we'll figure out a trade.
On that account...
Feel free to visit my wish list, too!
MieLH's wish list!
-> thanx Cliff1976 :)
These are books I would eventually like to read, without being in any hurry.
I would happily trade for those books.
Just a few thoughts...
Well, books to me are to be read during vacations or whenever I travel by train. Sadly neither happens that often to me, so that's why books travel to me - not through me! But I do my best, and I do love to read :) I just need a little patience! Mount TBR
is full of interessting books and I climb it little by little. If you have sent me a book and feel that I've had it for
waaay too long, PM me and I'll do something about it ;) Regardless, the book you sent will travel... it might just take a little while for me to get there.
Since August 2007 I've been working as a teacher at
Stige Friskole close to where I live. I'm head teacher in 5. class, but also teach 1.st, 2.nd and 4.th class. This year (09-10) I teach danish, english, music, art, religion and history. I also teach choir and play the piano several mornings at the daily
morning assembly.
I love to sing, and do it as often as possible :) Both singing solo or in small ensambles have my interest, and I like to make choir arrangements (still learning how to do that, though!) I currently sing in a trio with two other girls, and I sing in the choir
at Dalum kirke . I enjoy both very much :)
If you are a teacher - espc. teaching music - I would like to write with you to share thoughts and ideas. I would love to hear from you.
Thanks for visiting my bookshelf :)
- Mie...
