Extended Profile
I am a bookaholic. I worked in a libraries so was around books all day which is perfect (except they are boring academic business books)(4 of us re-trenched - Thx Melbourne Businesss School :-( but I have books everywhere at home so don't always want to
keep what I have read. Love the concept of Bookcrossing.
When I first registered I was very excited. Took 5 books overseas and left them in hotels in India and Kathmandu but so far only 1 has been found.
I will read pretty well anything except horror and sci fi. I really love Australian literature & authors.
I have a great collection of old orange penguin books. I haven't read many of them - most are classics but they just look great on a bookshelf. Some are quite old and fragile. Still cheap to buy so easy to collect.
