I thought I'd share a favorite poem (of the moment) with fellow aficionados of words:
It's called The Three Oddest Words by Wislawa Szymborska
the first syllable already belongs to the past.
When I pronounce the word Silence,
I destroy it.
When I pronounce the word Nothing,
I make something no nonbeing can hold."
Book Ray(s) I'm participating in:
Books that I've put on my virtual bookshelf (at this time) reflect books I'd like to release, I don't plan on registering my permanent collection but one or two might end up there to be lent out. My "bricks & mortar" bookshelves consist of books from art exhibits, children's picture books (often works of art!) poetry books, mysteries, fantasy books, fiction, non-fiction, really a little bit of everything!
