Extended Profile
Since joining BC three years ago, I have to admit I haven't been terribly active. I haven't released any books myself, but have caught some and rereleased them. Also I have participated in bookrings or swapped books. I was planning to give something back
and start my own OBCZ, but then I moved countried... ahem... I seem fairly settled again now, so I might give it another go...
Anyway, I am currently learning Norwegian, so I am hoping to pick up a book or two here in Norwegian to help me learn more!

My bookshelf
If it's available please ask! If it's in my to be read pile or the permanent collection, please note that I will loan these out,
provided they are returned to me.
I don't think it is in the spirit of this place to keep books on the bookshelf to myself, but often I know that friends of mine are interested in them as well and will want to borrow them at some point.
Currently reading
Suzanne Clarke - Mr Norrell and Jonathan Strange
Creepier than I initially expected!
Herman Brusselmans - Ik ben rijk en beroemd en ik heb nekpijn
One of my all-time favourites. I have read pretty much everything that I have been able to get my hands on. I love the way he can waffle on for pages and pages and it won't go anywhere! I used to ready them in one go, now they're sort of my back up when
the other stock is low. There's one beside the bed and I read a couple of pages every now and then. Great... :)
Queued
Chuck Palanhiuk - Fight club
Still queued after two years, waiting for my boyfriend to finish it. I've seen the film and I don't generally like to read the book and see the film. Nearly always the film doesn't cut it.. ;)
Herman Brusselmans - Het spook van Toetegaai
----------------------------------------------------------------------------
Loved
Neil Gaiman - Neverwhere / American Gods / Good omens / Smoke and mirrors
Collected work of Herman de Coninck
Poetry from Belgium. Uses ordinary words to create moving imagery, talking about the simple but oh so important stuff in life...
Anything by Phil Rickman (aka Will Kingdom)
Would love to read
Neil Gaiman - Anansi Boys
Carol Goodman - The Ghost Orchid
