I'm 26 yrs old...only 3 more birthdays to celebrate for the rest of my life!! Yep, I'll be 29 forever. Wishing I had learned about this site earlier in life - probably would have saved me $$$
I could tell you that I profess to be a reasonably intelligent person, but I must plead guilty to having a terrible weakness for cheezy novels. Most often of the British persuasion. Think, Bridget Jones' Diary. I don't know how it happened, I used to read decent, noble books, with a Danielle Steele in there as my 'fix' every couple of months...and then, I read my first "Shopaholic" book, and the rest is history!! Sophie Kinsella, Marian Keyes, Sheila O'Flanaghan, Maeve Haran, if they're Brits, or Irish lasses with a typewriter, I'm hooked!! It's shameful!! Perhaps someday I will get back to the more influential and 'upper crust' types of books, but for today, I'm happy to knock up a cup of tea, and curl up on the couch with my 'mates. (Bonus - you learn great Brit lingo, like 'wanker' and 'tosser' and 'knock up' (not in the Biblical Sense))
Enjoy....
