Welcome to my bookshelf! The books listed do not necessarily represent my reading preferences as they are mostly acquired for wild releasing.

My favourite genres are mysteries/thrillers/whodunnits, also historical fiction and/or fiction with a strong geographical setting; I enjoy a book much more if I feel I have learnt something at the end of it! My dislikes include fantasy/horror/chicklit, but apart from that I will have a go at most things.
