Extended Profile
I'm attempting to send a book to every country in the world. Send me a PM if you live in a country that isn't red in this
list and would like a book and I’ll see what I can do! I'm happy to resend to countries in the list where the books are still 'running' (i.e. they never received a journal entry).
Countries where I have sent or released books:

Places I've had luck with wild releases being caught:
Book rating system to help me choose how many stars to give a book. Copied from starbytes and florafloraflora:
10 - Excellent, at the top of its category. This book has impacted me deeply, challenged me profoundly, or has simply been a pure delight to read.
9 - Great book - just a nitpick stands between it and a 10
8 - Good, solid book that I would recommend to others. Worth rereading.
7 - Good book, but it didn't grab me in a big way. Probably won't read again.
6 - Decent, but not my type of book.
5 - Maybe somebody else would like this. I didn't.
4 - Only OK. Barely worth reading. The line between taking it and leaving it is very thin.
2-3 - Has major problems. I don't recommend it.
1 - It's hard to imagine anyone liking this book.

Places I've had luck with wild releases being caught:
The BBC Big Read Top 200 books I wanted to start reading some different types of fiction books but didn't know where to start. The BBC list turned out to be a good guide as I liked most of them. I've created a free bookcrossing label representing the top 100 books, and a version I made for the International Bookcrossing Day label competition is also available as a custom label at the supply store. Now I've finished reading them my next mission is to get the older ones I read before I joined Bookcrossing registered and sent out into the world. |
