The music industry has been quite the formidable force to contend with lately. If we’ve been friends for some time, you will remember all the ups and downs of record deals, radio hits, tours, video shoots, and other trials and triumphs we’ve had to endure to stand here as a band after all these years.

You know what we are super grateful for? This one unchanging commodity: LIVE PERFORMANCE. Thanks to the powers that be, we've always had a steady stream of shows, and a stage to speak from. No matter what routes we’ve had to take to get our music heard, this one has been the most consistent and rewarding.

Obviously we are still releasing new music, making music videos, and shamelessly promoting ourselves online and to radio… Duh. You gotta play the game. But what this rant is leading to, is our epiphany as a recording act… That we are not JUST that… We, DESTINEAK, are also a live stage production team, who will always push the boundaries of entertainment. It is incredibly serendipitous that we also live in Vancouver, and get to share the spotlight with the most elite performance artists, acrobats, dancers, sound & lighting technicians, make up artists, costume designers, and musicians. Pretty lucky we’d say!
