I always loved to read, always "had my nose in a book" and still do. I am a Life Member of the Library Club of America! I'm also a member of the ever popular "cereal box club!" I'm not really a horse, and not even fancy. My screen name rhymes with my real name.

Who am I? Good question. I am the total, and perhaps more, of all the elements that combined to make me the unique individual that I am, as we all are.
I am created by God, and redeemed by the blood of Jesus Christ. I am His child.

I am a woman, a daughter, a wife, a mother, a grandmother.

I like fiction, historical fiction, biographies, romance (but not Harlequin type) , and mysteries.

I'm trying to read the classics that I somehow missed earlier. Recently I've read books by Charles Dickens, Victor Hugo, John Steinbeck, and Willa Cather.

Maps have been moved to the blog, and you will find the links to the journal entries and the N. A. Book Chain Flickr group there, too.

My Flickr photostream Nature and scenic pics of my area and vacations, cats, (public) and new grandbaby (friends and family only)!

The sculpture and donor recognition site is located on the bluff overlooking Mobile Bay, on South Mobile Street in Fairhope."
