I was born in Washington, live in South Florida and forgot my heart in the glorious state of Alaska.
I love books; the smell of a new, freshly cracked book is, to me, akin to what I imagine the smell of a perfectly-aged glass of Cabernet from a vintage year might be to the wine connoisseur.
I have always wanted an expansive library with hundreds of books lining a dark, rich, wall-to-ceiling bookshelf - - but I also love to gift my books after I've read them. So, to say the least, my library is usually a meager one.
