It's a new month... time for some new bug fixes!
While Matt is still working on harnessing the book data that we all have contributed to, and making it available for searches, he's also been rather busy fixing other things, and even adding some nifty little features. Read all about it in this Announcements forum post.

After a lackluster high school experience in baseball as a centerfielder and second baseman, I played fifteen years of men's fast pitch softball at third base. I have played all positions except shortstop - never could get the thrid hop quite right -- and have attended numberous clinics.

With the advent of marriage and children, I gradually gravitated toward coaching. I started by assisting other coaches and, before long, I was managing my own team with thanks to the many coaches I had worked with over the years. Since then I have coached each of my three children from age six into their teens in each of a half-dozen different leagues both baseball and softball. I have attempted in this book to set down my nearly thirty years of coaching experience and a philosophy of coaching that has served me well over the years.
