Extended Profile
I am happily married to R2.
I love reading Romance books. My all time favourite are the historical Romances though. I also enjoy reading thriller books. I have recently been re-introduced to the vampire/romance books and am enthralled with them.
When I sign up for a bookring/bookbox, my husband (R2) and my daughter (R2s-D2) may join in (although that is highly unlikely since they dislike most of my books). We are all fairly fast readers and will still only keep the item for the amount of time specified for one person.
I love trading books with other people. Most of my books are romance books, with a strange assortment of others along side them. I am slowly adding the books from my shelves at home onto my Bookcrossing shelf, but as I tend to work many hours and have a family to tend to - registering the new books keeps getting put off until tomorrow. they will eventually get there though.
I don't have a wish list set up yet (for much the same reason as the books are slow getting registered), but the main books I am looking for are books by Nora Roberts, Johanna Lindsey, Christine Feehan, Sherrilyn Kenyon, and Kinley MacGregor.
I am now registered on Rabck.com and hope to start sending out the occasional RABCK.
I often "rescue" books that are being thrown out, so some of my books are a little worse for wear. They are all very much in readable condition though.
My first book box is officially considered lost. It was mailed out almost a year ago to the final participant and hasn't been seen since. Hopefully it will eventually be found and the books in it journalled.
