Recent Book Activity

I'm a book addict. My main addiction is crime fiction, but I'm also keen on literary fiction and trashy Regency romances.

I'm fortunate enough to work with the written word, as Communications Manager for a small national charity, and in my free time (hah!) I'm about to begin my final year as a Literature and Creative Media student. The subject of my dissertation is Ian Rankin's Rebus novels, so as you can imagine, I've become a bit of an anorak on the subject.

My other hobbies include knitting, needlework, sleeping and eating chocolate. All of which apparently I do quite well. Especially the last two.

For non-book related stuff, please bear in mind I'm a vegetarian who is allergic to peanuts. My favourite colours are bright, jewel colours (but not blue), my pets are guinea pigs (and I hate cats) and I don't "do" fairies, angels or teddy bears. I do like quirky and vintage, and I love stationery items. My favourite scents are roses and vanilla.
