Hello,
My name is Barbera. I love to read literature in both English and Dutch. My favorite books are the witty ones with humor, e.g. The Rosie Project/Effect, most books from Dave Eggers, The girl who saved the king from Sweden etc. I prefer to read those books in English (I'm not always a fan of the translation).
I love my books and the look of a full bookcloset but sometimes you gotta clean ;-). Other times I have duplicates or don't like the book that much. In that case, I prefer to set the books free but to the person who has it on his wishlist, if not then I let the book freely explore the world and hope for it to have great travels and make a lot of people happy.

Mijn naam is Barbera. Ik ben geboren en getogen in Nederland, maar woon nu net over de grens in Duitsland. Ik lees geen Duitse boeken, wel Nederlands en Engelse. Ik hou het meest van wat humorvolle literatuur zoals The Rosie Effect/Project, The girl who saved the king from Sweden, bijna alles van Dave Eggers etc. Dat soort boeken lees ik het liefst in het Engels.
Ik ben wel gehecht aan mijn boeken en vind een volle boekenkast ook een plezier om naar te kijken. Soms is een schoonmaakbeurt noodzakelijk of heb ik boeken dubbel of vallen ze tegen, in dat geval laat ik ze graag los. Bij voorkeur stuur ik ze op naar iemand die het specifieke boek zoekt, maar in het wild los laten is natuurlijk ook leuk.
