This bookshelf is currently inactive.
My housing status is stable but not permanent at the moment. I'm spending a lot of time working and going to school; I also have a lot of volunteer obligations that revolve around the most adorable pibbles (pit bulls) in the whole world. (see profile picture; Bryndy and Lyla) Educating others about the importance of dog and human relationships and communications are the focus of my career and personal goals at this point in my life.
In addition to the activities mentioned above, I am creating a volunteer, possibly non-profit educational organization for my community which will have online services as well.
I will be opening an Etsy store this year.
This means that most of my online time is taken up with research or business of one kind or another, though you will see me on the Chit Chat board here and there.
Any spare time I might find is probably spent hanging out with my best friend and our dogs. I'll do my best to keep up with flickr uploads. Now that I've cleaned that up, I can post pictures from Summer, Fall, and Winter of 2008-9.

Most of my stuff is in storage, including all but a select number of TBR books. So I won't be doing trades or anything for the foreseeable future so please don't ask me for a book. If I can't be bothered to try to excavate them from the storage unit for myself, chances are I wouldn't be willing to do it for you. Depending on who you are, of course.
A note about TBR status: When I register books I have not read, I write tbr in the journal entry space. When I am finished with the book, before making my second journal entry, I edit the tbr entry to include any copy from the back of the book before writing the secod journal entry.
