Recent Book Activity

I've recently been assigned to my new Chrysler home in Kokomo, Indiana. It's a real culture shock considering I've always lived in Missouri. At least I have a job. Drop me a line if you have any place I should see/enjoy in my new state.

Well, I am a book hound. I have more books to read than time to read them.

I’m a mother of two and a grandmother! AARGH can I really be old enough for that? I love to read, dance, talk and sing. I sing the Bass part in Christmas City Chorus, a Sweet Adelines Chorus. For fun I even enjoy karaoke! I know, sometimes it’s really bad. Although quite often you luck out and hear some really good singers, like me! ; P

I'm currently a maintenance electrician at an transmission assembly plant. On July 1, 2008 I received the bad news that after Oct 31 2008, after 14 years, my job would end. After that all production will be sent to Canada, even though the majority of the vehicles are purchased in the USA! It was a blessing while it lasted.
