My name is Rachel Phillips. I am 40 years old and work as an Information Manager for Children's Services in local government in Peterborough, England. I have loved books for as long as I can remember, including being a school librarian and taking a degree in English. Over the years the kind of books I like has diversified. Since visiting India in 2001 I am currently on a mission to read books by foreign authors (Rohinton Mistry is a favourite).
