I actually read this book. It's the first of a trilogy (and thus a cliffhanger) and there weren't nearly enough xweetoks involved, but I read it, dang it, hoping for my virtual prize. Turns out I'd already gotten the prizes because the quiz answers have been online for years. And I don't even remember what I got! Dang. Oh well. I can see this sort of story totally entrancing me as a child, what with the fantastic creatures and a huge world to explore. Hopefully it'll capture the imagination of another child. Sure, I don't want to condone Neopets addiction, but unlike Webkinz, it's completely free to play.
