Passed on to QuietOrchid.
Picked up at the TC meet-up. Thanks, mngirl, I have enjoyed the Goldie series, but this is one I haven't read!
Apparently I have read it, many years ago. I enjoyed rereading it, reminded me of how good the serties is by going back to the beginning of Goldy, Julian, Arch and the Jerk. Plus, once again, when I read the rercipes, I think 'that looks good'!

Picked up at Fireroast, while enjoying their usual great food.
Every time I try to read a Cozy mystery, I give up quickly. This time, I took it along to a six-hour volunteer shift in which I knew I'd have some free time. So I stuck with it, more or less, for six hours, in between prowling around for extra jobs to do or staff who would chat with me. Not My Cup Of Tea. NMCOT NMCOT NMCOT.
However, as quietorchid points out, the recipes do look good. Last night I made the Chile Relleno Torta on page 75, and it was yummy, served with green beans and applesauce. DrSlump took a second helping, not always the case with my cooking. So, five stars.
But that's just one person's opinion. Future readers, what do YOU think of this book?
