Too many books! I think some of mine got picked up...should do wonders for my releasing & catching figures :)

I keep hearing a lot about this author, so I took the opportunity to pick up two books by him at the Unconvention.

A mysterious company, which is a cross between the Mafia and an organised religion, engages in wheeling, dealing and corruption to get a seat in the UN. Some seek personal profit. As Kate puts together the pieces, she finds her private life is closely intertwined with the plans. This satire on big business was amusing in places. The story line as a whole was weak, however, and dragged in places. This book does not match the brilliance of "Walking on Glass", which is the only other title by this author that I have read.

Picked this one up at the OBCZ Kemi's Cafe, Cardiff Bay. Had a good day there and look forward to reading this soon.
