Congratulations!! You have found a rare and unique gift, a travelling book!!
While it is possible I have read and given my thoughts on this book, it is more likely it is a book I found/purchased specifically to send out into the world! In either case, please read what has been said before, where has this book been, who enjoyed it, who didn't -- and perhaps, if you care to, you can add your two cents!
You do not have to join bookcrossing to pick up, enjoy, and journal a book -- however, if you do decide to join us, please consider using me (innae) as your recommending friend, and if you have any questions, please don't hesitate to drop me a personal message (for more info, check out the FAQ).
And again, thank you for saving this book from a life of boredom!

This was the first book I found in the wild. I thought it was a lovely idea and I was drawn in by the look of the book and the title. This is an older book, C. 1968, so it has kind of an old charm to it. It is essentially a cookbook for Christmas treats. I don't really cook or bake much myself, so I didn't read all of it or use any of the recipes. However, I like that it is a celebration of many Christmas traditions and sweets from around the world. A lovely introduction includes many of the days we don't all think of anymore that are associated around the Christmas season - from Advent to Twelfth Night. It is organized by sections, but there isn't really a narrower table of contents than that. There is however, an index in the back so if you are looking for something specific you should be able to find it. A charming Christmas treat.
