I read through this Anne book a bit slower than the last few. Part of that is because I want to spread my "Anne" enjoyment out a bit more. The other part is probably because I wasn't as excited with this book. It felt like it was just a waiting time between Anne's engagement and marriage. I did rather enjoy parts of Anne's letters to Gilbert.
