CONTROLLED RELEASE NOTES:

This is one of the best sci-fi books I've read in a long time, and I can see why it fully deserved the Hugo award! The novel features a well-paced plot, fascinating ideas and great character development. However, what really distinguishes Spin is Wilson's superb writing, which makes the novel a sheer pleasure to read. I hope the next reader enjoys this book as much as I did.

I've put this in Erishkigal's Science Fiction Bookbox.

from the bookbox- a new author for me

I'm about 1/4 of the way through this and enjoying the dynamics between the main characters and the premise. Some of the explanations/descriptions seem a bit long but I'm interested to find out what happens.
Thanks for sharing!

I read this in less than a week which is pretty fast for me right now since my son takes up most of my free time. I liked the way the story was told from different points in time so you could see some pieces but not the whole until the end. Not very realistic in parts but some intriguing ideas that I enjoyed thinking about. I also liked the relationship between the main characters and the hopefulness of the ending.
