A crime story taking place in NYC and written by a retired NYPD officer. I-heart-NY. So I couldn't resist purchasing this at a library booksale a few years ago for my hubby. He recently handed me a pile to register and give away. This was one of them. I haven't read it and am not sure of his opinion of it.
