My opinion:
I love Jane Austen. And I have more than one copy of all her works in both German and English language. I bought this book during my stay in the Czech Republic in Winter/Spring 2010 because I was utterly bored and badly wanted to read Jane Austen :)

I love Jane Austen, so I take it out of the box.

January and February 2018:
The right time for this wonderful book. I enjoyed reading "Persuasion". It fits exactly into Jane Austen's kind of view, sometimes I feel pity for all those women who had to have a husband so that they could gain social acceptance. For the first time I realized that in England it obviously was normal to count the numbers like we do.

Sense and Sensibility is a great novel, too. Well, but here there are rather odd men to be read about, stupid ones, egoistic ones and thoughtless ones!

I think I'm looking for Jane Austen's book in Italian, that should be fun, too.
