9 out of 10

I loved this book. Gretchen is so open about her journey, the struggles and successes. She is a an inspiration for me. I now have my own happiness project in the works! The most important change I've made so far is lightening up with my kids, my husband and myself. We've all had a much happier household for it!

From the Enneagram personality theory, Gretchen is most probably a "1", the idealist or perfectionist. They can be judgmental and critical of others and the world, but once they catch their groove, they really can change the world. I am deeply grateful that Gretchen found her way to make positive change in this world. Her words and experiences have already rippled into positive change in my life. Many thanks, Gretchen!

This copy from The Book Depository is on its way to camis. Enjoy!

So sorry for the delay in journalling this. However, since it's arrival I have been dipping in and out and reading parts and so far am loving it. Some ideas in there which would work well in our household! I am planning on starting my own Happiness Project at some point, but need to read a bit more before I get started!

Thank you!
