this is the original story that gave idea to Slumdog Millionaire! still a work of fiction but quite realistic : ) really enjoyed it and didn't want it to finish

this was a great book whose idea led to the film Slumdog Millionaire! but it's not the same story - so read : ) Will release at Coffee Culture meetup today in Beckenham
Picked up at today's meetup. I haven't seen the film, but it sounds interesting.

A great story, reminiscent in some ways of Tom Jones (probably it's the series of unlikely adventures befalling the hero that made me think of that). I love the way the structure of the story works, following the series of questions in the show.
