A lovely little book if you like herbs. I'd give it full marks only it's a very abbreviated form of a bigger book (which I also have on my shelves), but it would be good for a beginner.

Will take to the next BC meeting on March 1st.

Thought this might be useful since I've recently moved house and my garden is a 'blank slate'.

Unfortunately various things conspired against me last year so I never looked at the book or grew any herbs. Just two little clumps of mint which were there already in my garden!

I've looked at this book over the past couple of days. A typically good Dorling Kindersley and a nice little book for getting the motivation going. But, like WillCaxton, I do have a larger herbs book; I'd forgotten this when I picked it up because all my books were in boxes for months!
