Exile's Gate is number 4 in the Morgaine series, but it stands alone and is probably the best. Whoever enjoys it will probably want to read the first three also. I love this because it's about a strong woman, who has an impossible task which has warped her personality -- I identify with her because at times life does seem difficult (although I don't have to sleep in my armor very often!)
I hope it enjoys it's travels.
