Picked up at the Barge on World Book Night. Was fab night. Went down well I think! ;o)

I would NEVER have picked up this book, as the front cover just doesn't appeal to me. I think this has been made into a film recently and so I thought it was about time I read it(as it's only thin). I must admit, I was pleasantly surprised. The writing and story was captivating. It's very heartfelt, and I got drawn into it straight away. I would definitely recommend it, and am looking forward to seeing the film.
