This book takes a look into the life of perhaps one of the cruelest guys to walk the earth- Gilles de Rais.
But yet for all his evilness this book seemed to me not to go into to much detail about the crimes that he commited, i think it could have been better.

I am mailing this book to gypsyrose02 as organised by Felicia-Fairy and her bookcrossing secret santa project. I know i did not rate the book to highly, but after looking on gypsyrose02 wish list, and noting that she has an interest in Joan of Arc, who does feature in this book, i thought gypsyrose02 may enjoy it more than i.
As a rule because of my religious beliefs i don't celebrate christmas, but as it's not really christmas, and everyone likes to recieve unexpected gifts, i thought i would take part in this.
