The Postman
2 journalers for this copy...
This is a post-apocalyse novel of America. A survivor finds a crashed mail truck and takes it upon himself to finish delivering the mail. His role takes on a life of its own and brings about hope and change everywhere he goes. I liked the book quite a bit, but then was disappointed with the movie when it came out a few years later.
I bought this copy at a thrift store in Waukesha, Wisconsin. I already have my own copy, so this is going to be bookcrossed. The cover is not what is pictured here, but is a tie-in to the movie.

Just picked up the book this afternoon in the Lost & Found at the Blood Center, to the great consternation of the staff there. "We don't participate in that program, here".
Tried to explain BookCrossing to them, but am not sure they understood.....
