RABCK from kristamd - thanks!! I can't wait to read this!
I finished this book early this morning (should have been exercising, but I wanted to finish this one up!). The book immediately drew me in and I really enjoyed the first half. But I didn't enjoy the second half as much - probably because the last page where the author talks about the true person this story was inspired by caught my attention and the page facing that is the last paragraph of the book. Yes, I know, I know. That is cheating, but it was unintentional. :) Regardless, knowing how it ended up made reading the second half a bit less enjoyable, I think.
Anyway, I'm really glad I read the book. It made me VERY glad I did not live in that time period. What a hard life Mary Saunders had! I just can't imagine being in such situations.
I'm going to try and keep this moving somehow. Thanks very much Krista!
