I really enjoyed this young adult fantasy novel (the start to a 4-book series). The character of Alanna was really great (and great characters are what I am most attracted to in reading books) and I am really looking forward to reading her other adventures and finding out what happens to her.

I think I´ve never really seen bookplates before -this book has one made by Mary Whyte and it looks nice.
