This RABCK arrived in Alabama today and it looks quite interesting. Thanks, krin511, for thinking of me! Will journal again when read.

Plucked this one from my stack of TBR this weekend to read in remembrance of the two "perfect enough" storms that have plowed through the Gulf Coast in the past few weeks: Katrina and Rita.

I never saw this movie, but found the book interesting. Lots of details about the fishing industry and its history in Massachusetts. Some insights into the lives of the men who fish. Some parts were riveting - such as the rescue of the rescuers. Not that tight as a story, but true life isn't always that way.

Thanks, krin511, for sharing!

I don't have this book any more, but I can't recall exactly what I did with it. For some reason, I think I gave it to greywriter.
